This is Patrick; working in our hardware department as an ICT Engineer. Together with his close colleagues Jos and Rémon, he takes care of managing networks, PCs and other peripherals at our customers’ premises. He offers support and provides telephone support. So chances are you’ve already had him on the phone once!
Growth opportunities
Patrick: ‘No day is the same, there is a lot of variety in the work and I don’t have to be bored for a second. This is what makes the work so fun and varied. I would still like to expand my knowledge about our customers and grow in my general IT knowledge, which will allow me to serve our customers even better. I am given plenty of space and opportunity to take specific courses, such as German or Microsoft Windows. The cooperation in the office is really top notch. It’s a super fun group of people, the best team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!
Variation
I also spend my free time varied. If the sun shines even for a moment, I like to grab a terrace. Furthermore, I love snowboarding and sports shooting and can regularly be found at a festival. Of course, as an ICT person, gaming cannot be missing, this is where I spend a lot of time!’
