Service desk whizz-kid

This is Gert, our new service desk whizz-kid. He may only have been with us for a couple of months, but knows all the ins and outs.

Gert: ‘I’m more than happy with the team: if there’s a question I have about NEXT, there’s always someone to help and that’s a good way of working. I’m keen to learn and become an experienced, fully fledged service desk assistant and develop my career here. At the moment, I’m more than happy to be where I am.’
