Complaints procedure

What happens if you’re not satisfied? If this happens, you can fall back on the complaints procedure of ICTWaarborg, the independent industry association. Bear in mind that you need to submit a complaint within 2 months of discovering the problem. The procedure also requires the complaint to be made known in writing.

ICTWaarborg

ALFA PRO is affiliated with ICTWaarborg. ICTWaarborg has a certification procedure which validates companies against a number of criteria. An ICTWaarborg-certified company is therefore designated as ‘reliable’.
